Booking Policies

At Ava Beauty Lounge, we want to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients. To maintain the quality of our services and accommodate everyone effectively, we kindly ask you to review and adhere to our booking policies outlined below:

Late Policy: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be automatically canceled. You will need to reschedule for another day.

Payments: We accept cash, credit, and debit cards only. E-transfers are not accepted.

Cancellations / No Show: To avoid losing your deposit, please provide at least 24 hours notice if you cannot make it to your appointment.

Infills: An infill requires at least 40% of your lash extensions remaining. If less than 40% of extensions are left, the full set price will be charged.
